The Mini World Cup slogan that was chosen! to go on the FIFA FUSSBALL GLOBE WM in 2006

"I love football because it has touched the hearts of the world"

It was selected to go on a 360° FOOTBALL GLOBE screen that went around Germany advertising the World Cup. The FOOTBALL GLOBE was a symbol of how Germany was looking forward hosting and organizing the 2006 FIFA World Cup™. It gave a lively form to the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ motto:

A time to make friends”

The  Joeys Mini World Cup gives us

                    “A time to make friends”

                            and a time where

                  “Dreams came True”

For Lauren Rouse Upjohn it became reality

That  Dream came true for Lauren Rouse Upjohn when she won a $7600 trip to Germany being voted the best field player in the Women section of the 2011 Cup.

But the fairytale continued for Lauren. While she was on her free trip with the Joeys Football Academy in Germany this year, Lauren got signed with German Bundesliga Club SV Bardenbach. She enjoyed playing football in one of the strongest women league’s in the world.

The Joeys Mini World Cup has given Lauren the opportunity of a lifetime. It has taken her on a journey beyond her wildest dreams. Why don’t you join us playing in the Joeys Mini World Cup and become the next success story?

The Adidas Golden Ball award for the best player of the FIFA under 20 Women World Cup was awarded to Dzsenifer Marozsan after the Final between the USA and Germany in Japan on the 9th of September 2012. Only a few month ago Lauren Rouse Upjohn the winner of the best player in the Women's section of the Joeys Mini World Cup was training together with Dzsenifer and the Joeys touring team at the Sportschool Saarbruecken Germany. This year Dzenifers goal in the semi finals of the UEFA Women European Championships got Germany into the finals which they won 1 goal to nil against Norway.  This is another testimony for the Joeys Mini World Cup and the opportunities it provides to the participating players. For Lauren and many others fairytales come true !!!!!

When 16 year old Georgia Allen put her hands inside a pair of Mark Schwarzer gloves, she was thrilled they actually fitted. But it wasn't the presentation of those gloves signed by the Aussie football legend that had her face erupt in pure joy last year on ABC New England North West. It was the news she would soon be winging her way to England thanks to a scholarship she won at the 2012 Inverell Mini World cup. Georgia was named goal keeper of the tournament, and Joeys Mini World Cup Organiser, Heinrich Haussler was in Tamworth to make the announcement on Kelly Fuller's morning show.

Georgia will now visit clubs in England including Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Everton and then she will travel on to Barcelona.
